Is Being a Solopreneur Crazy?

Think about it. You start a business.

In the process, you conclude that you're going to do it without a critical component of businesses... employees!

But employees do a few crucial things for you:

  1. They allow you to scale your offering
  2. They can make up for your weaknesses
  3. They can provide insights and feedback on the business since they're living it too

So why would anyone choose to start a business without a critical business ingredient?

Are we crazy? I don't think so.

But I also think many people don't appreciate the real reason we do business this way.

  • It's about living life on your own terms.
  • It's about having the freedom to do the work you want.
  • And it's about being able to be there for the people you care about.

So, we're not crazy even though it feels that way sometimes. And that's why we have each other.

Solo Together,

Joe Rando
