How do I take a Task off hold?
Taking a task off hold is just as easy as putting it on hold, however, you can only take a hold off of a task or project that you created (you are the Assignor). You can not take a task or project off hold if someone else created it.
- To take a Task or Project off hold, you must first locate it. It could be on your My Action Items list, your Waiting For list or your My Projects list.
- Once you locate the Task or Project, click on the Edit button in the upper right hand corner of the task detail screen.
- Click the Remove Hold button. This is found in between the Start and Due date fields.
- Click Save Changes.
- Click Close.
