How do Messages work?

Messages are similar to emails, but better!

Messages are similar to emails in that you have a Subject Heading, message body and the capability to choose who to send the message to. You can upload a file right inside a message too, just like email. The best feature about Messages is, however, the ability to keep all your messages about a specific task in one place. No more searching emails endlessly... Just go to the task, click on the Messages tab and they are all right there.  And every message in a task is related to only that task.  Cool right?
