What does 'send notifications to this email' mean?

LifeStarr has an internal Notifications Inbox where you will receive a notification for anything that pertains to you whether it's a new task, message received, file uploaded, etc. LifeStarr can also send notifications to your regular email addresses if you choose that option. Some users choose to disable the regular email notifications because they go to the LifeStarr Notifications Inbox many times during the day. Other users prefer to see a standard email notification, especially while transitioning over to LifeStarr. The choice is completely yours...
