How do I add a Collaborator?

You can add a Collaborator when you create a new Task or open an existing Task and add them later.

To add a Collaborator:

  1. Click on the Collaborator tab in the Task detail screen.
  2. A Collaborator box will open up.
  3. Type the person's name in the Add Collaborators bar. If the Collaborator you are adding is already a LifeStarr contact, their name will appear and you can choose it.
  4. After choosing their name, click the teal ADD button. They will get a notification in their Notification Inbox that they have been added as a collaborator.
  5. If the Collaborator you want to add is not already a LifeStarr contact, their name will not show up. All you have to do is type in their email address.
  6. A blue Click to Invite button will appear. Click the invite button.
  7. Click the teal ADD button.
  8. Click Close.
