How do I approve a Task?

Task approvals are done when you have assigned a task to yourself or someone else and it has been marked complete. Tasks that you need to Approve are found on your My Action Items list under the heading Tasks Requiring Review by Me

  1. Click on My Actions Items.
  2. Under the heading Tasks Requiring Review by Me, click on the task name to open it.
  3. Once you have reviewed the task, click the Approve button in the upper right hand corner of the task detail screen.
  4. Click Close.
