The beauty of LifeStarr is that you can assign a task to anyone! yes, anyone...(as long as they have an email address)

How do I assign a Task to another person?

Assigning a Task to another person is really easy... but you must first create the task you want to assign.

  1. Click on the teal New Task button at the top of any screen
  2. Enter a Task name. The name should start with an action word such as "make a new file" or "call my manager for approval".  Using a general term such as "Office Space" doesn't tell you quickly what you need to do.
  3. Assign the Task.  You can assign it to yourself or someone else. When assigning it to someone who is not yet a LifeStarr user or has not been set up as a contact, simply enter their email address in the Assign To field.  An invite box will open... click the blue click to invite button and proceed with the rest of your task. If you want to assign the task to someone who is already a LifeStarr user or has been entered into your People list, choose their name from the drop down menu.
