How do I create a new group for a message?

Creating groups for messages is very similar to sending emails to more than one person.

  1. Locate and open the task you want to message about.
  2. Click the Messages tab in the middle of the task detail screen.
  3. Click the teal New Subject button.
  4. A message box will open.
  5. Choose a subject name.  (see help Creating a Subject name)
  6. Choose who you want to send the message to. This is very important in order to stay organized so you should only include those who actually need this information.
  7. Click on Specific People.
  8. Click on Add a User.
  9. You can either choose from a drop down list of current LifeStarr connections, type a name in the Add a User field or type an email in for a non-LifeStarr user.
  10. If you type an email for a non-LifeStarr user, click on the blue Click to Invite button.
  11. Type your message.
  12. Upload a file if you have one.
  13. Click Send.
  14. Click Close.
