How do I delete a Sub-task?

LifeStarr has some pretty awesome protection features. You can only delete a sub-task that you created.

If the sub-task you want to delete is your responsibility, it is located on your My Action Items list.  You can quickly identify a sub-task because it has the gray circle with an up arrow to the left of the sub-task name.

  1. Locate and click on the sub-task name you wish to edit.
  2. Click on the 3-dots in the upper right hand corner of the task detail screen.
  3. Click Delete Task.
  4. Click Yes, Delete.
  5. Click Close.
If the sub-task you want to change has been assigned to someone else, it is located on the Waiting For list.  Again, you can quickly identify a sub-task because it has the gray circle with an up arrow to the left of the sub-task name.
  1. Locate and click on the sub-task name you wish to edit.
  2. Click on the 3-dots in the upper right hand corner of the task detail screen.
  3. Click Delete Task.
  4. Click Yes, Delete.
  5. Click Close.
