How do I mark a Task a priority?

Marking a task a priority is a super efficient way to stay on top of your tasks in progress.

  1. Locate the task you want to mark as a priority on one of the three lists.  It could be on your My Action Items in Progress, Waiting For in Progress or My Projects in Progress list.
  2. To the left of the task, you will see a light gray circle with an up arrow in it. This is called the Priority Sorting Button.
  3. Click on the Priority Sorting Button and the circle will change color and the task will move up to the top of the list.
