If you marked a task approved and then realized it really wasn't done, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Recent Tasks on the left side of any screen.
  2. If you see the task you want to revoke approval in the first few lines, click on the task name to open it.
  3. Click on the 3-dots in the upper right hand corner of the task detail screen next to the Edit button.
  4. Click Revoke Approval.
  5. Click Close.
If you don't find the task you want to revoke approval on in the first few lines, there are four other ways to find your task without scrolling down the list
  1. The first way is to use the Search feature. Click on Search these recent tasks in the upper right hand corner of the Recent Tasks screen.
  2. Type in a word or group of words in the task you are looking for.
  3. The related tasks will filter to the top of the list. Click on the task you are looking for.
  4. The second way is to use the Show recent tasks assigned to everyone and the list will filter for that.  To use this feature, click on the button in the upper right corner of the screen that looks like a group of people.
  5. The third way is to use the Show recent tasks assigned to myself and the list will filter for that.  To use this feature, click on the button in the upper right corner of the screen that looks like a single person.
  6. The fourth way to use the Recent tasks filter feature. Click on the filter button in the upper right hand corner of the Recent Tasks screen.
  7. A filter window will open. Choose the parameters you wish to filter by.
