How do Private Notes work?

Private notes are just that, private. This means you are the ONLY person who can see your private notes. You can not give anyone access to your notes, ever. This is a great place for sensitive information that you might need to complete a project but don't want anyone else to see. They are yours and yours alone. They are private!
