Why do I need an action word at the beginning of a Task name?

Because an action word tells you quickly what you have to do!

Tasks are things you have to do (actions that have to be taken)  Using an action word will help you to quickly identify what exactly needs to be done. Some examples are:

  1. Call Nationwide Insurance company
  2. Create spreadsheet for finance department
