Use the “5 New Faces” rule. Every week, intentionally get in front of five new people using a different platform each time. Examples:

Install the “Reverse Risk Pitch” for higher conversions. Before explaining what your offer is, explain what risk it removes. Example: Instead of saying “I help solopreneurs with marketing systems,” say: “Most solopreneurs waste 5–10 hours a week trying to figure out where leads went. I remove that risk with a simple tracking system you can use in 10 minutes.”

Use the “Micro-Switch Method” to reduce restart friction. If you consistently lose momentum switching between roles (creator → admin → marketer), set your next micro-task before you stop working. Example: Before you finish writing an email sequence, pre-title the next email and add a one-sentence idea. Tomorrow, you open the doc and the “cold start” is gone. Your brain already knows what to do.
