A word about the "My question is..." rule
We're a friendly bunch, and we could happily talk about your business for an hour. Office Hours are for answering questions, so you leave with something concrete. Starting with "My question is..." keeps us honest about that, and it makes it a whole lot easier for a first-timer to speak up. A half-formed question is plenty. We'll help you sharpen it.

Before you ask your first "My question is..."
