Podcast Release

This Podcast Release Form (“Release”) is made by and between the Guest and WorkStarr, Inc. dba LifeStarr (“Host”) and is effective as of the date of the episode recording.

In consideration for participating in the Podcast, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Guest hereby irrevocably consents to the recording and distribution of reproduction(s) of Guest’s name, voice, image, portrait, picture and performance as part of Guest's podcast episode. Host will not alter the production in any way that would change the meaning or intent of the Guest’s content.
   
   
2. Further, Guest grants to Host, its successors, assigns, and licensees a royalty-free, perpetual right to use, as Host requires, any and all video recordings and voice recordings which Host may make of Guest, and the right to use Guest’s name and/or likeness in or in connection with the exhibition, advertising, and/or publicizing of the Podcast. The Parties acknowledge that while Guest’s name and likeness may be used in advertising and promotional material for the Podcast, this does not constitute an endorsement of any product or services. Host will not exploit the Guest’s likeness in any way that would harm Guest’s reputation and will only use it in conjunction with the promotion of the podcast and associated content presented by the Host.
   
   
3. Guest does hereby acknowledge that Host is the sole owner of all rights in and to the Podcast, and the recording(s). 
   
   
4. Guest waives any right to inspect or approve (a) the Podcast; (b) the text, graphics, or other content created in connection with the Podcast.
   
   
5. Guest and Host hereby release and discharge each other from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the Podcast. Guest and Host have the right to distribute the podcast and associated content.
   
   
6. Guest hereby represents that he or she has the authority and full legal capacity to execute this Release. This Release shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
